No disease that enough love will not heal. No door that enough love will not open. No gulf that enough love will not bridge. No wall that enough love will not remove. WORKOUT WEDNESDAY A Midweek Spiritual Workout with Fr. Marino H. Msigala, O.F.M .Capuchin   THE 23 RD PSALM FOR BUSY PEOPLE   The Lord is my pacesetter. I shall not rush. He makes me stop and rest for quiet intervals. He gives me images of stillness that restore my serenity. He leads me in the way of efficiency through calmness of mind, And His guidance is peace. Even though I have a great many things to accomplish each day And crisis may pile upon crisis, I will not fail for He is with me. His timelessness, His providence will keep me in balance. He prepares refreshment and renewal amid my activity. He anoints me with His oil of inspiration. My cup overflows. Surely harmony and effectiveness shall be the fruit of my hours, And I shall walk in the peace of the Lord And dwell in His house forever. Amen On this  SPIRITUAL WORKOUT WEDNESDAY , invite the Lord to be your shepherd; allow Him to guide and protect you. With the Lord ...

PRAY THE ROSARY

Image
WORKOUT WEDNESDAY A Midweek Spiritual Workout with Fr. Marino H. Msigala, OFM Capuchin PRAY THE ROSARY Blessed Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen said, "The rosary is the book of the blind, where souls see, and there enact the greatest drama of love the world has ever known; it is the book of the simple, which initiates them into mysteries and knowledge more satisfying than the education of others; it is the book of the aged, whose eyes close upon the shadow of this world, and open on the substance of the next. In the rosary, we not only say prayers, but we also think them. The power of the rosary is beyond description."  On this  SPIRITUAL WORKOUT WEDNESDAY, the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, pray a rosary, or pray a decade of the rosary, or pray a Hail Mary to celebrate the day and to celebrate October, the Month of the Holy Rosary.
