EXPERIENCE THE POWER OF THE PAUSE
When fatigued, pause.
When worried, pause.
When stressed, pause.
When suffering, pause,
When tempted, pause,
When doubtful, pause.
When angry, pause.
When hurried, pause.
When afraid, pause.
When overwhelmed, pause.
When hurt, pause.
When sad, pause.
On this SPIRITUAL WORKOUT WEDNESDAY, practice the power of the pause. A pause is a brief stop, an interruption. It can allow you time to restart, reboot, and redirect your thinking and energy. It’s a powerful way to lift up your heart to God and say a prayer. Practice the pause; pray a prayer.
