8 REMINDERS FOR WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH

Everything can and will change.

You have overcome challenges before.

Difficulties are learning experiences.

Not getting what you want may be a blessing in disguise.

Allow yourself to have some fun despite difficulties.

Be kind and gentle to yourself.

Avoid worrying about the negativity of others.

There is always, always, always something to be grateful for.

On this SPIRITUAL WORKOUT WEDNESDAY, keep these reminders nearby when you’re feeling blue. Blue sometimes is the color of sadness, but remember it is also the color of a bright, cheerful sky; the color of the bluebird of happiness; the color of bluebells in the spring, and the color associated with the Blessed Virgin Mary who will always be your intercessor during tough times.
