It is simply who you are.

On this SPIRITUAL WORKOUT WEDNESDAY, decide on an area of your life that you’d like to change. Think of something you always wanted to do but never had the discipline or courage to try. Then, apply the 5 steps to your goal. Set your intention, do it, practice it, be consistent, form a habit, and then BE WHO YOU ARE.
