WORKOUT WEDNESDAY A Midweek Spiritual Workout with Fr. Marino H. Msigala, OFM Capuchin YOU ARE MORE THAN... YOU ARE MORE THAN… Your past Your regrets Your finances Your possessions Your job Your personality Your failures Your successes You are more… “You are a child of God.”  John1:12 On this  SPIRITUAL WORKOUT WEDNESDAY , consider what it means to be a child of God. God is your Father. A Father who gives you life. A Father who loves and protects you. A Father who gives you second chances. He holds you in the palm of His hand. You are blessed to be His child. Be at peace in your Father’s love.

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY A  Midweek Spiritual Workout with Fr. Marino H. Msigala, OFM Capuchin THE SERENITY PRAYER God, grant me the serenity To accept the things I cannot change. Courage to change the things I can. And wisdom to know the difference.   Living one day at a time, Enjoying one moment at a time Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace. Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it.   Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will. So that I may be reasonably happy in this life And supremely happy with Him Forever and ever in the next. ~ Reinhold Niebuhr, American Christian Theologian 1892-1971 On this  SPIRITUAL WORKOUT WEDNESDAY, consider the challenges you face each day. Offer them to God. Ask God for the serenity to accept what lies before you. Forgive and forget the past. Avoid worrying about the future—live in the present. Life is a gift. That’s why we call it the present. Unwrap each day

God won't ask how many friends you had; He will ask how many people considered you a friend. God will not ask where you lived; He will ask how you treated your neighbors. God will not ask about your skin color; He will ask how much love is in your heart. God will not ask why it took so long to seek Him; He will embrace you whenever you are ready to receive Him. God won't ask how many people y
